More Details

A 2000-amp Class L fuse protects the main of a 2000A switchboard or a large feeder to a distribution section, positions where downtime costs the most. The KRP-C-2000SP pairs Low-Peak time-delay performance with a DC rating as well as AC, so it also appears in battery, UPS and some DC distribution systems up to 300 volts. The time-delay characteristic tolerates inrush from transformers and motor groups, and the current-limiting design reduces the fault energy that downstream equipment sees compared with slower overcurrent devices. The SP suffix marks the current Low-Peak construction, which replaced the older Hi-Cap KRP-C-2000.

See the manufacturer's data sheet for KRP-C-2000SP specifications.

What is "surplus new"?

Surplus new means the item has never been installed or put into service. It may not arrive in its original packaging, but it has never been used.

What does "reconditioned" mean?

Reconditioned items have been inspected, cleaned, and tested to confirm they operate to the manufacturer's original specifications. Every reconditioned item we sell carries a one-year operational guarantee.
