RES-350: a 350-amp, 600-volt Bussmann Super-Lag renewable fuse for knife-blade Class H switches. Bussmann no longer makes the RES series, and 350 amps was always a less-stocked size, so finding a match often means turning to surplus. The Super-Lag design is built for circuits with motor starting loads and holds through inrush that could open a standard one-time fuse. After an interruption, the fuse can be renewed with a replacement link instead of scrapping the case. If 're upgrading rather than matching, consider a Class RK1 or RK5 dual-element fuse: it fits the same non-rejection clips and adds current limitation and a much higher interrupting rating than the RES-350's 10 kA.
