More Details

The NON is Bussmann's basic One-Time fuse for 250-volt circuits: a Class H cartridge that opens once and is then replaced, with no time delay and no current limitation. At 400 amps, the NON-400 fits the 201–400A knife-blade clip size used in 240V safety switches and older panelboards. It's the part to use when the original installation called for Class H one-time fuses and the goal is a like-for-like replacement. Keep its limits in mind: Class H fuses are rated only 10 kA interrupting, and they won't fit Class R rejection clips. Where fault current is higher, a Class RK5 or RK1 dual-element fuse fits the same non-rejection clips and adds current limitation. Every fuse we ship is inspected and tested first.

See the manufacturer's data sheet for NON-400 specifications.

What is "surplus new"?

Surplus new means the item has never been installed or put into service. It may not arrive in its original packaging, but it has never been used.

What does "reconditioned" mean?

Reconditioned items have been inspected, cleaned, and tested to confirm they operate to the manufacturer's original specifications. Every reconditioned item we sell carries a one-year operational guarantee.

How fast will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed before 12pm PST usually ship the same business day via UPS, with tracking provided.
