Ordering by amperage alone gives you a one-in-three chance. The high-interrupting version is KH36150 at 35 kA / 480V against this tier's 25 kA — same case, and invisible once the cover is on.

The Square D K-frame is legacy product, crossed to the PowerPacT J-Frame in current catalogs, which requires a panel change rather than a swap. ESP stocks tested reconditioned K-frame units in all three mounting variants and both interrupting tiers.

One hundred fifty amperes, three poles, 600 volts, I-Line plug-on. Three K-frame mountings exist at this rating and none of them interchange. KA lands on I-Line bus stabs, KAL takes lugs at both ends, KAP bolts down. ESP stocks all three, so the phrase to search is the mounting, not the amperage. Twenty-five kiloamperes at 480 volts. The high-interrupting KH36150 clears 35 kA in the same case.
