The HF63B125 is a 3-pole, 125-ampere ET-H F-frame (high interrupting) device rated for 600V AC, built for Siemens / ITE Sentron P2, P3 panelboards and switchboards. Protection is thermal-magnetic and factory calibrated — the bimetal element answers sustained overload, the magnetic element clears short circuits, and neither is field adjustable. Buying reconditioned keeps an existing board in service without the cost, lead time and shutdown window that replacing the interior would demand. Interrupting rating is the specification most often missed on a replacement. Available fault current at the board has to sit below the device rating, and substituting a lower-rated device into a position engineered for a higher one quietly defeats the original design.
