Low-voltage power electronics need semiconductor protection too. The A13X series is Mersen's 130-volt Form 101 high-speed fuse, applied in battery chargers, low-voltage DC drives, plating and welding rectifiers, and forklift or material-handling controls. At 150 amps, the A13X150-4 protects rectifier legs and DC bus circuits, opening in a fraction of a cycle to keep diodes and transistors from failing. It is rated 130 VAC and 100 VDC, with bolted-blade terminals that fasten directly to the equipment's fuse mounting. As with any semiconductor fuse, replace it with the exact part number the equipment manufacturer specifies. Every fuse we ship is inspected and tested first.
