The MEN3 is a 3-amp time-delay midget fuse for supplementary protection in control panels and equipment, on control transformer secondaries, contactor coils, small fans and lighting circuits. Its time-delay element tolerates the momentary inrush these loads draw at start-up, avoiding the nuisance openings a fast-acting fuse might cause. The 13/32 by 1-1/2 inch midget format fits standard midget fuse holders, blocks and fuse pullers. Edison fuses are now part of Eaton's Bussmann line. Low-ampere midgets like this are often specified by OEMs for coil and control transformer protection. Every fuse we ship is inspected and tested first.
