More Details

Ten amps is one of the most common midget fuse ratings, covering control power circuits, small motors, heaters and equipment power supplies. The Edison MEN10 adds a time-delay characteristic, so it rides through the inrush of transformers, solenoids and motors that could open a fast-acting midget fuse of the same size. The standard 13/32 by 1-1/2 inch body fits midget fuse holders, blocks and in-line holders across most control panel designs. Edison is now part of Eaton's Bussmann division. As supplementary protectors, midget fuses are used within equipment rather than for branch circuits. Every fuse we ship is inspected and tested first.

See the manufacturer's data sheet for MEN10 specifications.

What is "surplus new"?

Surplus new means the item has never been installed or put into service. It may not arrive in its original packaging, but it has never been used.

What does "reconditioned" mean?

Reconditioned items have been inspected, cleaned, and tested to confirm they operate to the manufacturer's original specifications. Every reconditioned item we sell carries a one-year operational guarantee.
