The MA36800 mounts on I-Line bus stabs and will not land in a bolt-on panelboard. The G suffix denotes a factory-installed MA1G ground-fault shunt trip; the Square D Type GF relay and Type GT sensor it works with are not included.

Superseded by the PowerPacT MGA36800, which fits the same I-Line panelboard but carries an electronic trip unit. Where a like-for-like thermal-magnetic replacement is wanted, a reconditioned MA36800 is the direct fit.

The MA36800G is an 800-amp three-pole I-Line breaker with a factory ground-fault shunt trip, the direct thermal-magnetic replacement where an existing coordination study assumes the original MA curve. Inspected and tested to ESP Product Standards, one-year operational guarantee.
