Square D's F-frame line has been superseded by PowerPact, so new stock is scarce and costly. ESP holds tested reconditioned F-frame breakers for existing I-Line panelboards and switchboards.

The FA24020AB covers 20A 2-pole loads on 480V AC distribution from Square D's F-frame line. I-Line mounting suits it to switchboards and panelboards in commercial buildings and light industry, where a breaker swap has to happen inside a short outage window. ESP can confirm the catalog number against the panelboard schedule before shipment if the existing device is unclear. On a 1-pole or 2-pole I-Line device the trailing letters identify which phase stabs the breaker lands on, so A-B has to match the position available in the panelboard interior. Square D discontinued the F-frame in favor of PowerPact, so new-production stock has largely left the channel and what remains carries new-unit pricing well above the reconditioned market. For a building whose I-Line boards are decades old, replacing the breaker beats replacing the interior.
