The B in this catalog number marks a complete breaker. ITE also sold bare frames in the same family under an F suffix, and trip units separately, so a JK3B is the assembly rather than a component. The element is interchangeable, so read its rating on receipt rather than relying on the case.

ITE breakers have been out of production for decades and Siemens has no drop-in successor. ESP stocks tested reconditioned ITE units for legacy commercial and industrial gear, backed by a one-year operational guarantee.

ITE built the J frame to 400 amperes and sold it in three pieces: frame, trip unit, complete breaker. This is the complete one, carrying a 225-ampere element. The practical consequence is that a JK3B225 and a JK3B400 are the same case, and the only way to tell them apart on a shelf is the element. Read it. Siemens absorbed the ITE line and nothing currently built fits a JK opening. Where the panel stays, the breaker has to match. Reconditioned, tested, one-year operational guarantee.
