TED is the standard-interrupting tier; THED is the high one. TED124020 and THED124020 carry the same 20-ampere rating in the same E-frame case, mount identically and clear very different fault currents. Where a short-circuit study drove the original selection, the catalog number is the specification rather than the amperage. ESP stocks both tiers.

GE E-frame breakers are legacy product; the retrofit path is the Tmax XT series, which does not mount in an E-frame opening. ESP stocks tested reconditioned TED and THED units across the voltage, pole and amperage range.

Twenty amperes, two poles, 480 volts, bolt-on. E-150 line, 18 kiloamperes at 480 volts. Worth reading the voltage digit rather than assuming. TED124 is 480 volts; TED113 is single-pole 277 and TED126 is two-pole 600. The frames are identical and the amperage tells nothing about which are holding. The high-interrupting version at this rating is the THED124020. Reconditioned, tested, one-year operational guarantee.
