QHB is the high-interrupting bolt-on line. It carries 22 kAIC rather than the 10 kAIC of a standard QO device, and it bolts to the bus rather than plugging on.

The QHB High-Interrupting is one of the Square D lines where the catalog number carries the configuration: the digits encode pole count and ampere rating, which is how a record can end up describing a 20-amp device as something it is not. This one is a genuine single-pole breaker rated 20 amps, mounting bolt-on into Square D QO panelboards, and serving branch protection where the available fault current rules out a standard 10 kA device.
