The HB3B020 is a 3-pole 20-ampere HB device rated for 600V AC, built for Siemens / ITE panelboards. Its trip characteristic is factory calibrated and not field adjustable. Buying reconditioned keeps an existing board in service without the cost, lead time and outage window that replacing the interior would demand. Voltage class is where replacements most often go wrong. A device built for a 277-volt lighting circuit is not interchangeable with a 120/240V part carrying the same ampere rating, and the board it seats in was built for one or the other.
