The QOT Tandem is one of the Square D lines where the catalog number carries the configuration: the digits encode pole count and ampere rating, which is how a record can end up describing a 15-amp device as something it is not. This one is a genuine single-pole breaker rated 15 amps, mounting plug-on into Square D QO load centers, and serving two branch circuits in a single load-center pole space.
