This unit is sold reconditioned, inspected and tested to ESP Product Standards, and guaranteed to operate normally for one year from the date of sale.

HFB2070 and FB2070 carry the same 70-ampere rating in the same F-frame case and mount identically, but the HFB clears 65 kA at 240 volts where the standard FB clears considerably less. They are indistinguishable once the panel cover is on, so where a short-circuit study drove the original selection the catalog number is the specification rather than the amperage.

The Westinghouse F frame is obsolete. Eaton's Series C FD and HFD are the successors and are electrically interchangeable, though they do not drop into an F-frame opening without a retrofit. ESP stocks tested reconditioned FB and HFB units across the pole and amperage range.

Seventy amperes across two poles, Mark 75. Two-pole F-frames turn up on corner-grounded delta services and in control applications where a third pole is wasted. Sixty-five kiloamperes at 240 volts.
