The Westinghouse FA series has been out of production for years. ESP stocks tested reconditioned FA-frame breakers for legacy panelboards and switchboards.

This FA3015 provides 15 amperes of 3-pole protection on 600V AC systems. A bimetal thermal element handles sustained overload while a magnetic element clears bolted faults, and the trip-free mechanism opens the contacts under fault regardless of where the handle is held. Designed for panelboards and switchboards. Each unit carries a one-year operational guarantee, so the reconditioned route carries the same practical risk as new stock. This line has been out of production for years, so new stock has largely left the channel and what remains carries new-unit pricing well above the reconditioned market. For a building whose boards are decades old, replacing the breaker beats replacing the interior.
