The sub-line letter denotes the panelboard series the breaker was built for rather than a different rating, so check the panel before substituting one for another.

Westinghouse designed the EH frame, Eaton inherited it, and the line outlasted both badges because the panels it fits are still standing. A 20-amp 1-pole unit like this one bolts into Westinghouse and Eaton NEHB panelboards and works at 480 volts AC or 250 volts DC, which puts it squarely in commercial and industrial service rather than anything residential. The usual load is 277-volt lighting branch circuits.
