More Details

Rated 225A at 240V AC, the CC3225 carries 3-pole protection in the Type CC line. Fitment governs the choice: the device seats in Eaton 1MP / 1MM / 3MM meter stacks and Type ECC unit enclosures and nowhere else, so the catalog number rather than the ampere rating is what has to match when a replacement goes into a panel schedule. Buying reconditioned keeps an existing board in service without the cost, lead time and shutdown window that replacing the interior would demand. Interrupting rating is the specification most often missed on a replacement. Available fault current at the board has to sit below the device rating, and substituting a standard-rated breaker into a position engineered for a higher one quietly defeats the original design.

What is "surplus new"?

Surplus new means the item has never been installed or put into service. It may not arrive in its original packaging, but it has never been used.

What does "reconditioned" mean?

Reconditioned items have been inspected, cleaned, and tested to confirm they operate to the manufacturer's original specifications. Every reconditioned item we sell carries a one-year operational guarantee.
