Panels built around it are still in service across industrial and institutional buildings, but new stock is long gone, so a failed 125-amp two-pole breaker becomes either a surplus purchase or a panel replacement. The second option costs orders of magnitude more and takes an outage. Inspected and tested to ESP Product Standards and guaranteed to operate for a year from sale. Typical service is the main disconnect position in a QO or Homeline load center.
