One hundred and seventy-five amps is an awkward step that exists because conductor sizing and load calculations do not always land on round numbers, and it is stocked thinly everywhere as a result. The TQD frame handles it the same way it handles the rest of the range: thermal-magnetic protection, ten kiloamperes of interrupting capacity, a bolted connection to the panelboard bus.
